Our Approach
We don't have a big menu. The bulk of our effort is spent creating a smaller amount of items but with emphasis on distinct and fresh flavors with varying textures. The one thing in common with everything we offer is that we think it's unique in some way and offers a little something interesting from your typical food routine.
Flavor Forward
Every flavor we make is distinct and prepared fresh from scratch. No custard powders or premade jelly. Each donut is made as if it were it's own dish with it's own little food soul. Just happens to come in an edible container.
Texture is just as important as flavor, sometimes more.
Crispy things should be crispy. Soft things should be soft. Chewy things should be chewy (better yet, all 3 at the same time!). We love our textures, and care deeply about the "chew" as much as the taste.
Not Too Sweet!
Don't get us wrong, we make sweet treats, but for us, sugar is just a supporting actor. We grew up eating desserts with a reserved sweetness, so we make what tastes good to us, and that's a treat you can go back for more without getting tired of the sweetness before you're done.
