We make other stuff too
While brioche donuts is our main thing, there's a handful of items we thought was worth making and sharing with everyone. Things we crave but can't always find.

Scones
Dry.. crumbly. Not ours. We pride ourselves on making scones that don't suck the moisture right out of your mouth. Crusty on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside. Our current flavors include:
Earl Grey Matcha : Earl grey tea infused dough with Matcha drizzle on top.
Pistachio Cranberry: Tart cranberries inside, with a light glaze outside with crumbled pistachios.
Gochujang Cheddar (savory): Korean spicy red pepper paste with Tillamook white cheddar. Has a little kick.

"Really?.... a cookie?"....
There are some good cookies around, but this is our version.

So what's the anatomy of the chocolate chip cookie we like to eat?
- Brown Butter
- Not overly sugary and sweet
- Crispy edges and bottom...
- but chewy center and top
- Not thick, but not thin.
- Always fresh baked, never packed, stored or sitting out too long.
- Nothing too fancy
- Big enough to have some later
- Tastes stinkin' good with an Americano

Our menu is dynamic, but intentional. We never plan on adding a hundred different types of things. Just a handful of well considered stuff we also love to eat. Behind the scenes we're always brainstorming new things and figuring out what's not working.
