We make other stuff too
While brioche donuts is our main thing, there's a handful of items we thought was worth making and sharing with everyone. Things we crave but can't always find.

A Good Cookie
"Really?.... a cookie?"....
There are some good cookies around, but this is our version.
So what's the anatomy of the cookie we like to eat?
- Brown Butter
- Not overly sugary and sweet
- Crispy edges and bottom...
- but chewy center and top
- Not thick, but not thin.
- Always fresh baked, never packed, stored or sitting out too long.
- Nothing too fancy
- Big enough to have some later
- Tastes stinkin' good with an Americano
Initially, A Good Cookie will be available in chocolate chip and oatmeal cranberry.

Chapsahl (찹쌀) Korean Mochi Donuts - Coming Soon
A classic korean donut made with glutinous rice flour that gives it a really addictive chew, similar to mochi. Crispy on the outside when fresh, and lightly powdered in sugar. Typically filled with red bean, but we happen to know other things that could potentially go inside.

Ho-duk (호떡) Coming soon
A popular street food in Korea, ho-duk is a flour dough typically filled with sugar syrup and sometimes nuts, fried and smashed into a tasty little puck of a pancake. Personally I like to think of it more as a smashed donut. Made hot and fresh to order.
& more to come...
Our menu will most likely be dynamic and inspired by what we love to eat
